Self-identity of modern russian intelligentsia on the basis of psychosemiotical analysis of media texts
The article presents the results of a study of the features of the presentation of the image of the Russian intelligentsia in the media. Based on the data obtained through psychosemiotic analysis of media texts of 95 interviews with representatives of the modern Russian intelligentsia, the following current self-identifications were identified: an internalized sense of responsibility for the future of society; objectivity as a key personal trait of an intermediary between the government and society; stimulation of the process of internalization by members of society of a sense of involvement in the development of the country. Differences in the self-identification of artists, musicians and scientists were found. It is shown that modern mass media transform ideas about the intelligentsia, which has contributed to the history of civilization and continues to live, worthily responding to the challenges of our time.
